These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Laʻi Digital website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Laʻi Digital provides AI automation services including AI voice agents, GoHighLevel setup and management, and AI personal assistant services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are outlined in individual service agreements.

Payment Terms

  • Setup fees are due prior to project commencement
  • Monthly management fees are billed on the first of each month
  • GoHighLevel platform fees and call usage costs are billed separately by GoHighLevel
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information required for system setup
  • Respond to reasonable requests for review and approval in a timely manner
  • Maintain an active GoHighLevel account (or authorize Laʻi Digital to create one on their behalf)
  • Use services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom scripts, workflows, and configurations built specifically for their business. Laʻi Digital retains ownership of proprietary frameworks, templates, and methodologies used in the delivery of services.

Limitation of Liability

Laʻi Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our liability is limited to the total fees paid in the three months preceding any claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate monthly services with 30 days written notice. Setup services may not be terminated once work has commenced.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaiʻi. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Honolulu County, Hawaiʻi.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
